The fat fast is only for those who are metabolically resistant and need

the jump start into ketosis or one who is stalled. A stall is no weight

loss and no inch loss for at LEAST 6 WEEKS. 3 to 5 days is the

recommended length of time as it is almost always long enough for one to

acheive ketosis or to jump start weight loss.
