Yes, nuts do not work except three to four a month maybe lol.  Working on getting the yogurt, etc. back on track.  I gave up on trying the nut butters or regular nuts a long time ago except in very very small amounts.  I seem to do ok on most of the beans--still afraid to try lentils tho.  I'm thinking about trying tahini again but I'll probably wait on that.  I haven't tried enzymes--afraid to since I have gallstones/crohn's and read something about it not being good for cd, etc.  I just haven't read up on them or asked anyone.  What kind do you take?

Debbie,

Now here's a classic of " we're all different " !

I do better on regular lentils than I do with most beans. (White beans

are OK, but my husbnad doesn't LIKE them. Yet he like lentils. So I do a

lot with lentils.
