Guest guest
I think when most people find out that they need to band their child (or that their child would greatly benefit) it is very overwhelming and discouraging. I know that is how I felt and I thought I did what I could do to prevent plagio! The band did not faze my son one bit...he was the same happy baby as he was before banding. It was definitely harder on me than him! We banded at 7.5 months and we got excellent results. Good luck as I am sure your baby will do great. > > > > I swear there was a link or explanation on here or plagiocephaly.org > > but i cant find it anywhere. what am i missing? ct didnt give us his > > measurements so i requested them from his ped but now havent a clue > > what they mean. there are a bunch tht are letters-letters and i can > > find out what the letters mean from the plagio site but can't find what > > is " normal " . the ones that are actually words are > > cranial width 120 > > " length 155 > > circumference 45.1 > > traditional cranial vault asym. 15 > > cranial vault asymmetry 17 > > skull-base asymmetery 15 > > > > > > > > > > > > > -- > -SAHmommy and leader to; > -rising G & T 6th grader, Jr GS, soccer, cello > -rising 2nd grader, Brownie; ADHD w/ anxiety > -cosleeping, baby signing, loving to learn always with 2 yr old flair > ph-cosleeping, babywearing, breastfeeding, all over the place already; mild plagiocephaly/facial assymetry, repositioning until 8/4 > > " you may never see that stranger again but you'll have the same kids for the rest of your life, so who should you care about impressing?
