Guest guest Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 my doc has me taking and extra digest gold enzyme before my new food is introduced and taking it with familiar food that my body is used to digesting - makes sense :-) thought i'd share also she mentioned raw garlic fighting yeast causing die-off etc but said i could have all the cooked i wanted - thought i'd heard differently here??
