Thanks Helen...

I figure I'm so active all day and also lift weights and do cardio just trying

to learn more about all that is so new since I've been gone from WW. I didn't

use the points on the 123 program. I'm using the excel spread sheet and there

is a spot to figure exercise and put it in.

Thanks again

Thea

I don't consciously use my exercise points as I assume that during the

course of the week some extra calories have slipped in and the exercise

points are a margin of safety.

There appears to be some discrepancy regarding maximum number of

points. My understanding is that you are limited to using 4 per day

unless you have discussed with your own nurititionist, trainer or

doctor. This is to limit people over-exercising as a form of bulimia.

Others seem to think that you can use unlimited exercise points -- I

would think the issue is a little moot since anyone who is exercising

that vigorously on a daily basis is probably in training for something

and should seek personalized nutritional advice of some kind. I do 45

minutes of vigorous cardio every day and I only earn 3 points :)

Hi Thea,

I use my activity points and need them, LOL! However, I don't use more

than 4 in one day. The only way I earn 4 in one day is if I do cardio

and weights on the same day.

Hope this helps,

Katy
