Guest guest Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 Hi everyone. Guess I'll introduce myself. I've been on this list awhile, but just joined WW last week. I'm a WW from way back, but this is the first time I have done points. I lost 4.8 lb. this week. Didn't use any of the extra 35 points (I am on flex) because I was sort of afraid to. Maybe this week I will, because my flex points have already gone down by two, due to my weight loss. I have had good luck losing weight by counting calories, but since there is no accountability, I can sometimes convince myself that " this time " I am really hungry enough that I have to eat something extra.
