Brachy, Repositioning Help

Hi All,My nephew is 2 mo old and appears to have brachy to me. Since he's got a 2 year old sister, he's spent more time in the swing and car seat than he probably should have. His parents did say that his neck and head go straight up. So they are aware that there may be a problem with his head shape. All that I could think to suggest was to have him do more tummy time. I've looked at the repositioning files and I am having a hard time understanding how to promote growth to the entire back of the year. He's got his well visit this week and my sister is supposed to ask the doctor about his head shape. I'm afraid that she'll be told the standard his head will round out on his own answer.
