My book just says to make sure you get 6 waters, 5 veggies, 2-3 milks

and 2 oils.

I have an old tracker that has three programs in one (eat less,

basic, and eat more).

DAILY TOTALS EAT LESS BASIC EAT MORE

MILK 2 2 2

FAT 3 3 3

FRUIT 2 2 2

VEGGIES 3orMORE 3orMORE 3orMORE

PROTEIN 3 4 5

BREAD 4 5 6

WEEKLY BONUS

PERSONAL SELECTION up to 7 up to 14 up to 21

OPTIONAL CALORIES up to 350 up to 700 up to 700
