DAILY TOTALS EAT LESS BASIC EAT MORE MILK 2 2 2 FAT 3 3 3 FRUIT 2 2 2 VEGGIES 3orMORE 3orMORE 3orMORE PROTEIN 3 4 5 BREAD 4 5 6 WEEKLY BONUS PERSONAL SELECTION up to 7 up to 14 up to 21 OPTIONAL CALORIES up to 350 up to 700 up to 700 hope that help.
