Guest guest
This might make a nice, low point, alternative to mashed tater's on the holiday: Onion-Roasted Potatoes 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix 4 medium all-purpose potatoes (about 2 pounds), cut into large chunks Pam cooking spray 1. Preheat oven to 425°. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, spray potatoes with Pam and put into plastic bag with soup mix. Shake until well coated. 2. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Also terrific with Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Onion, Onion Mushroom or Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix. Serves: 4 Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 35 Minutes (It did ask for 1/3 cup olive oil, but we all know that isn't necessary.) -- Tory Klementsen, MCP A+ IT and Health Educator The successful person will do the things that the unsuccessful person will not.
