The Dr said that the medications for reflux might have side effects for babies 's age, mainly hyperactivity (and with the baby who never sleeps, we don't need any hyperactivity!). Though we could have used some last night. After his 1:30 feeding, he kept spitting up a couple of teaspoons at a time, then WHAM, 1/4 cup. A few minutes later, WHAM again, another 1/4 cup. We had three of the larger spit-up events within the hour. Then he actually vomited (his tummy made noise and retched), and probably emptied his stomach at that point. It was really upsetting to me and DH, but was too tired to comment. I sure do hope this goes away! 12/29/00 ===== Our Gang: http://members.home.net/leecookson/ ------------------------------------------------------ " We will either find a way, or make one!
