Guest guest
Hi all, WI was first in three weeks. Bad news +3.1 since last WI. I had stopped journalling and activity was reduced because of an injury. I am re-committing regarding journalling and this is the first one I have posted. I am using the excel spreadsheet template found in the files section. I visited a TOPS chapter today and will be using WI from TOPS meetings now. Guest guest
Hi Ralph, its great that your back on track .. That WI seems to be so critical to a lot of us and sure does help to keep one in line. Sounds like you are on top of it again. I hope your injury is better also. Best of luck to you....Kallie ================================================================= In Serious-Weight-Watchers , Ralph Kuhn <bfralph@y...> wrote: > Hi all, > WI was first in three weeks.
