Hi all,

WI was first in three weeks. Bad news +3.1 since last WI. I had stopped

journalling and activity was reduced because of an injury. I am re-committing

regarding journalling and this is the first one I have posted. I am using the

excel spreadsheet template found in the files section.

I visited a TOPS chapter today and will be using WI from TOPS meetings now.

Hi Ralph, its great that your back on track .. That WI seems to be so

critical to a lot of us and sure does help to keep one in line.

Sounds like you are on top of it again.

I hope your injury is better also. Best of luck to you....Kallie
