How to get the juice out of a lemon?

Just started drinkin glemon water, and I have one of those squeeze

juicers with the handles and the spot to put the lemon. Any secrets

for getting the most juice out of it the easiest?

Be careful with that (if it's plastic)...I had one of those and it snapped right

in half the other day and shot pieces of plastic all over the place!! If you

roll the lemon on the counter before you cut it it will loosen up some of the

juices. I would get either a handheld reamer - usually wooden and looks like

the top of a spear (you stick the pointy end into the lemon half and twist it),

or one that has the juicer part on top with the bowl underneath to catch the

juice (it also catches the seeds and most of the pulp) can get it at target or

walmart for a couple bucks.
