What's the difference in the complete X and the half X ? --Other than using 4

points of contact or using 2.

Is one preferred over another in certain situations?

The above is a complete X. below is what you can do to yourself. As a half X on

upper extremities. ( until Mike comes up with a way to put these up on the web
