Guest guest
I'm curious if any among you have conducted any trials of the " food combining " diet theories behind the " Great Taste No Pain " program, and if so what your results were. I am really trying to look at alternatives to surgery for my IBD/UC, but surgery is looking better with every year that passes. Since I've been on Metronidazole (Flagyl) for almost a week my extreme flare-up seems to be calming down as of this morning, seeing light at the end of the tunnel after about two months of it seeming to get progressively worse. Many thanks to with your feedback regarding Imuran and 6MP, which I have not yet tried (but am trying to avoid additional medications if I can); and, thank you Greg for sharing about your surgery. cmd@... Guest guest
What exactly is this? I've heard of food combining, but not "great taste no pain." I have tried to follow food combining rules (fairly easy on SCD since there aren't really any starches) and noticed that when I do, I feel full for less time. Not sure how it affects my bowels though =)AlyssaUC Sept 08I'm curious if any among you have conducted any trials of the"food combining" diet theories behind the "Great Taste No Pain"program, and if so what your results were.I am really trying to look at alternatives to surgery for myIBD/UC, but surgery is looking better with every year thatpasses.Since I've been on Metronidazole (Flagyl) for almost a week myextreme flare-up seems to be calming down as of this morning, seeing light at the end of the tunnel after about two months ofit seeming to get progressively worse. Many thanks to with your feedback regarding Imuran and 6MP,which I have not yet tried (but am trying to avoid additionalmedications if I can); and, thank you Greg for sharing about yoursurgery.cmd@...
