Guest guest
Hi, I just started the SCDiet. I started about 2 weeks ago and have been doing just the start of the diet with the chicken soup, broiled meat, eggs, homemade yogurt, and jello. What are the best foods to start introducing now?? I read in the book to start with vegetables and cooked fruit, but which ones? and when is the best time to start cooking with almond flour?? Guest guest
Hello Newcomer and Welcome, You may want to look at the stages offered on the Pecanbread website. It is a good guide for when and how to introduce new foods and which are easiest to digest. Having said that, introducing new foods is an individual thing. What works for one, may not work for the other as our bodies are all different. Also, you don't have to follow it religiously. You can experiment. Here is the Pecanbread website: www.pecanbread.com.
