He followed the directions on the Knox gelatin; 4 envelopes of unflavored knox gelatin 2 cups of Knudsens Just Juice Cranberry heated. Honey to taste 1 cup apple juice- cold 1 cup water heated with cranberry juice. Proceed with instructions on box; sprinkle gelatin over cold juice in large bowel. Let stand for 1 minute and add hot juice and get the gelatin to totally dissolve- takes about 5 minutes. Stir in honey if desired. Pour into receptacle. Refridge until firm which takes about 3 hours. The just juice Cranberry is very tart so my brother opted to make it sweet as he wanted me to get the cranberry in. Jodi > > Cranberry jeloo sounds very interesting. How do you make yours?
