.... I forgot to mention that you really shouldn't feel guilty. I know

we all tend to, but if you're like me you didn't know that you were

doing something that would cause problems for the child. Also most

doctors don't give the right advise even after you mention the problem

(mind said " don't worry " ) so how can we moms do the right thing? Just

try and let that go and do your best to correct it!
