Guest guest
The ANDI newsletter says that corn oil will not be a problem for those with corn sensitivity. Are there any margarine products that would work well for baking? Thanks, Stacey

Hi Stacey, It turned out that for us, we had the opposite problem of what the ANDI newsletter said. Corn oil is a big problem for my kids--more in terms of bad moods and aggression. Corn starch, however, is tolerated in moderation. Our Dan doctor said something about the bad stuff from corn oil being more readily absorbed. The bottom line is that this is all so complicated and different for each kid, that your best bet is to experiment and see. Best,
