My experience is just like yours now..4 main days, etc. If I had not started Armour, I would have thought that it was just premenopause changes. But I think it too much of a coincidence that it started changed the 3rd period after starting Armour. There is a blood test called a FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) which I think gives you an indication of your egg status. Mine was " diminished reserve " but I still had them. After starting Armour, I for the first time got excited about life. I couldn't remember feeling that way since way back in my late 20s/early 30s.
