That's the best idea...doing one's own research. We are each unique, having our

own special needs, wants, desires & what works best for us individually. Good

luck with it. I'm sure you'll find many wonderful benefits from juicing. It's a

wise, healthful decision.

I will be doing research on all this as far as combos

And I was thinking about all of those fancy juice stores- like Jamba

Juice. And even those new V8 drinks. They mix fruits and veggies.

I would say with anything listen to your body.

PS QVC has an easy juicer under their cooks essentials brand.

Supposedly easy to clean and will juice almost anything. I don't have

it personally.

week to do some research on this. The big is using it! LOL

I have a feeling for me the 2 big issues are going to be to make myself use

and make it so I like the taste.

I love my Champion juicer. We bought the commercial one. We've used it every

day for years. Currently we've slacked off but I want to get back to it. I

noticed that I got more juice out of the Champion than the Hamilton Beach we

had before. So in time, I'm sure it's paid for itself. The Champion is

called a masticating juicer. It's supposed to be less harmful to the enzymes

as you juice. I think you can find more info on juicers at www.hacres.com

<http://www.hacres.com/> . I know they used to have info there. But if

you're not sure you're going to juice seriously, I'd suggest getting a

juicer at a garage sale or whatever first.

in Va.

I know NOTHING about juicers. I've seen mentioned here the Jack LaLanne,

Juiceman, Juiceman Jr., and QVC brands. It would be impossible for me to

know the difference or what features to look for either online or in a

store. HELP! Dr. Mercola has one on his website, but it's almost

$250. I would love to see brand recommendations from people who already

have and use a juicer.
