So far, I've only been eating dripped-yogurt (though perhaps I could experiment

soon with non-dripped to see how my body likes that)...

and mostly I just throw out the liquid (whey?), but am I discarding something

that could be of healing value for me? or nutritional value for my friends and

family?

I was wondering the same thing. It seems so wasteful! Could it be good for plants (throw it outside) or animals, or cleaning, or anything??AlyssaSo far, I've only been eating dripped-yogurt (though perhaps I could experiment soon with non-dripped to see how my body likes that)... and mostly I just throw out the liquid (whey?), but am I discarding something that could be of healing value for me? or nutritional value for my friends and family?SCD since April 1, 2009Dx IBS in 2002 / tests in 2008 showed chronic intestinal inflammation

Elaine says water your plants with it. MaraI was wondering the same thing. It seems so wasteful! Thanks for your responses!

I am curious though... if the liquid isn't really whey and doesn't contain

lactose, why is dripped yogurt sometimes easier for a person to handle than

non-dripped?
