150 this morning.

(yuck, up 2 pounds from last weigh in.)

target 130.

I'll be restarting phase 1 on Thursday.

(I'm going to do a liquid fast for 2 days before I start. Maybe that'll be

what I need to really appreciate phase 1.

End of Feb target: mid-low 140's

menu so far today:

(Non SBD)

strawberries and soy milk in a blender, with a little no carb protein powder

for bf and lunch.

Snack: soy milk and strawberries with a little cocoa powder and protein

powder.
