We've never used it before so we can't promise it's edible! It is described as an animal free parmesan style seasoning and its ingredients are listed as soya flour, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, salt, natural colouring )(annatto), natural flavouring. The mail order company is UK-based (allergyfreedirect.co.uk) but Parmazano is almost certainly available from US mail order companies. Hope this helps! P.S.
