Is all applegate natural stuff legal?

was checking the website re hotdogs and saw cold cuts roast beef for example

seems legal except sodium lactate (but it's from beets) is that ok too???

i'll be psyched if so :-)i know making our own is best but don't see a slicer in

the future :-)

You would need to ask them if they use cornstarch as a packaging aid. It seems

that most of them do.

Tried it. Got sicker than the proverbial dog. Not sure, but I think they

use corn starch to separate the slices.

I want a nice pro-type meat slicer, too! I muddle along with a good

kitchen knife now.

The blue label Applegate hot dogs have not turned me green. But I still

prefer homemade.

nothing added etc mentioned GF on website- is that legal???

Saw it, but " gluten free " does not necessarily mean " SCD

legal. "
