Do me a favor--make them and tell me if they are as delicious as they look! Then I will order the coca butter too! Pure cocoa butter is a fat, and may be OK for some people. Just as Elaine allows corn oil and Vitamin E and lecithin derived from soy, even though corn and soy are both illegal. For real treats, when I've just blended the almond milk,I add a large layer of bubbles (which forms at the top ofthe blender full of almond milk) to the coffee and put theshaved cocoa butter on top of that. It's an SCD mochacappucino.
