Guest guest Posted May 17, 2009 Report Share Posted May 17, 2009 I remember reading somewhere that commercial ground cinnamon is often cassia and this was inferior/not SCD legal. I bought some cinnamon sticks in a bag, but when I opened it they appear to be cassia (Brittle, " double scroll " and lighter in colour). Does anyone know whether or not cassia is permitted? I can't remember where I read about it before.
