Guest guest Posted December 31, 2001 Report Share Posted December 31, 2001 lol, on the first page in the worksheet, put your starting date, weight, desired weight, height, etc. then click file/save. It will start the dates in the second page which is where you will watch your stats. Everytime you put a new stat in, be sure to click file/save so that you save the changes.
