I think you're on to something. The trick is not denying ourselves what we want, it's figuring out how to work it into our food program without just giving up and pigging out. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

(Butting into someone else's conversation to agree wholeheartedly . . . ) YES, Yes, Yes!!!! This is what I love about this program. ANYthing is allowable, NOTHING is forbidden. So I never have to go "off program" -- so long as I count what I eat, and journal it. I LOVE this.
