Hi Sam

Congratulations on the weight loss!!!

Yeah, its hard isn't it, we are really excited about loosing weight, but

these dieticians want to be so specific. You can only try to eat all the

necessary nutrients etc, however I must agree milk is very important.

Sometimes I find all this nutrition stuff a bit confusing.

Don't worry too much about it BE HAPPY!!

Regards

Errin

Well the S_it hit the fan I was weighed and lost 13.8kgs, I thought she was

happy but was not happy.

I was really confused at first, she said if I didn't eat especially the

milk

I would be malnutriced.

Bye

Sam

Good for you . I know not everyone understands, but it really urks me

when people who know I am doing WW and question every bit that goes into my

mouth. Have you seen the new WW commericals for flex points? I love the

won where the girl doing WW is eating a nice big chocolate chip cookie and

the other girl can not believe she is eating it and staying on program. The

WW girl says - that is why your diet failed, you did not allow yourself the

cookie. I love it!! Last night I treated myself to a frozen snickers candy

bar. The best darn 5 pts I have had in a long time. Why? 1) because it

was really that good & 2) I ate it, stayed on program and the word " cheated "

never came into play!!!

Thanks Jen. I have not seen any of commercials but I don't watch much tv. I really love the flex points. Other times I have tried losing weight I would overeat one time and feel I had messed up and then figured oh well and went on a binge for the rest of the day, which usually turned into a week before I could get going again. With the flex points I can eat more on one day but I have still on the program and I don't feel like I have failed so I am able to keep going. It's great for me.
