Hi all,

Just wondering if you would be able to taste coconut if you oput

coconut oil in soup. The stuff I have now doesn't even smell like

coconut, so I'm not sure if it would show up after being cooked or

what. Also, any seasoning suggestions for a soup of onion, zucchini,

and carrot? Thanks!

Hi Alyssa,

Only the virgin coconut oil has the smell and light taste of coconut (quite

tasty even by itself). The refined doesn't. It sounds like that's the one you

have.
