Guest guest
Sorry, I just couldn't keep my fingers silent. Teala, 27.5kgs in four months isn't anything to stick your nose up at. Considering you were under 100kgs before you had the operation. How much more do you want to lose? You will be fading away very soon. Weren't you told by you surgeon before you had the operation this wasn't a quick fix weight loss program and the actual healthy weight loss should range between .5kgs and 1kg per week. I would be worried if I was losing so much weight so rapidly and wanting to lose more even faster. You should be happy with what you have achieved so far as it is a great effort.
