Is Podiais a brand name?

Soy lecithin is legal, but only in very small amounts.

I would recommend against fructose as a sweetener. Although fruit sugar

is not illegal, it has a number of negative food qualities, and many

SCDers find they cannot tolerate it. Elain preferred that we get out

sweetener from honey or from actual whole fruit.

Hi Marilyn.

The mark is Almendrola (www.almendrola.com)

Best regards and thanks for the reply.

I gather that if you take spuede occasionally and use for desserts.

I bought the version clears $ 1 liters 3.

It is the version that takes concentrated and e-466 e-200 and I gather that they

are not legal
