I would recommend against fructose as a sweetener. Although fruit sugar is not illegal, it has a number of negative food qualities, and many SCDers find they cannot tolerate it. The mark is Almendrola (www.almendrola.com) Best regards and thanks for the reply. I gather that if you take spuede occasionally and use for desserts. I bought the version clears $ 1 liters 3.
