Hi Ann :-) ...you need to get a serum blood chemistry done ( it's a fairly basic blood test ..regular MD's can do it ) & then you go to the body bio website to sign up...it costs $40 u.s. ...then you key in your results & they produce a report for you detailing your current vitamin status ...the best hormone tests ( or so i've been told) are from saliva ...here in Canada a lab callled Rocky Mountain Analytical does them for $250 ...but you have to go through a Dr or ND to get them ...hth, gisele
