Guest guest
well I saw doc lst thur and we compared the newwst 3 stool/yeast cultures (done after 1 week diflucan) and low and behold 1 said few 1 moderate, 1 mild - so guess it depends what you catch and when I do have many different strains and i'm still confused at the rhodotorula one that is so RARE and comes from raw dairy????? raw eggs is all I can think of -don't know what's thats about - but long story short -time to kill the yeast !!! I had to read " The yeast connection and womens health " by dr crook - AMAZING book!!! and cut all fruit and honey (still have avocado) that was a few weeks back now I have uped acid to 3/day where i used to have it and she added s boullardi 2/day and scd compliant diflucan lil higher dose every other day - (I tend to overeact to thigns so she's taking it a bit easy) but SO hoping this is whats at the heart of it -makes total sense and that I'll really feel like a 16 months scd'r when all is said and done my comp pharm (brilliant man) knows SO much about this too and said usually a few months of treatment and then maintence maybe a year so patience is needed but I feel like we're on the right track I also got an IV treatment of vit's 1st time ever- felt good - am going to try to get them weekly for a bit - they are pricey though AND for my new irregular heartbeat I'm starting megnesium taurate good for palpitains and maybe low mag explaind my calf cramps/heart probs??? I do take the calc/mag but that's not going to cut it so hunt new pills I must take care Eileen 16 months scd
