Guest guest
Hi everyone! I just wanted to say howdy....soooo HOWDY! I was sent here by my nutritionist in Antioch & have found many of the postings both informational & inspirational. I am currently 450 lbs. and am waiting on the board's decision on the surgery. I am thinking that there isn't much more after this...other than the consulatation & " official " weigh-in in Richmond....then comes the 10% weight loss & surgery...am I right? Are there more steps? Anyways...I am a single guy...31 years old...so you know how busy my daily life can be. I work at a church in Brentwood which takes up almost all of my time and relax when I can. Have any of you been successful with such a hectic schedule? I find it very hard to find time to cook for myself...which I really should make time to do...but when I come home from work I usually feel pretty tired and not like cooking anything substantial. I have a few local friends who have gone through the surgery and they are extremely supportive & my family is supportive even though they're half a continent away. Well anyways...God bless you all, and I would enjoy hearing from you and joining in with this group!
