I took my son's off for professional pictures. I am sure to take plenty home photos with it on for his scrapbook, photo albums, etc.

My son is in a toddler preschool program and next week is picture day. He is going to have his individual picture taken and also a class photo. I can't decide if I should leave his band on or take it off? Or I was also thinking of maybe taking it off for the individual and putting it back on for the class photo? I feel like it's a part of him, but I'm just not sure if I want him to be wearing it for his first school picture. Any thoughts or opinions? I take my daughter's band off for professional pictures and would do

the same for daycare/school pictures. We take plenty of pictures with

our camera with the helmet on, but I don't think she wants to be

remembered as the baby with the helmet just because she had to wear it

for a few months.

I had her Santa pic done with her band on. I did the regular pictures with it off. I like the idea of doing the individual with it off and the group with it on. Good luck with your decision.

I agree, we take tons of photos at home with the helmet on. When we went to get family pictures taken we didn't have him wear it til after wards. FYI, if he gets are red spots on his head/face normally I would just take it off that morning and put it back on after the pictures. Or I am sure if you requested you could have them take his individuals both with and without his helmet. Unless this is a pay now see later photographer.
