Pam—Even now, 9 months post-op, I am tired when I get up in the

morning; so what I've been doing almost every day since orientation

is I take time on my exercise bike. At first, I only pedaled for 20

minutes, and now I pedal in the morning between 30 – 40 minutes each

morning before my shower & breakfast. This seems to energize me and

make me less tired and helps me face the day.

I live in Citrus Heights (Sacramento County)

Dr. Leo – San Diego (Thru Kaiser)

315 at orientation (May '03)

285 at 3 pre-op appointments in San Diego (August 4, 2003)

252 at surgery (6/03/04)

Last weighed at 185 (03/19/2005)

Hopefully someday below 140

(yeah, I hope before Oct. 2nd when my daughter gets married!)
