Guest guest
Pam—Even now, 9 months post-op, I am tired when I get up in the morning; so what I've been doing almost every day since orientation is I take time on my exercise bike. At first, I only pedaled for 20 minutes, and now I pedal in the morning between 30 – 40 minutes each morning before my shower & breakfast. This seems to energize me and make me less tired and helps me face the day. --Sandi H.
