Hey great news. I got to go to meeting after all. the nail removal wasn't as bad as I thought was going to be and he said I could go and drive. I lost 3 and 1/2 lbs. I kept a menu and drinker about 80 oz of water. I have a bad cough from sinus and I have found water helps better than anything when I start coughing. so I keep a bottle by bed to drink when coughing and cant stop. it works better than cough drops for me.
