My God --- Doesn't anyone want to rightfully know what happened with their surgery? The details? I don't find this obsession in the least regard. I think that any insinuation that people who want BPD/DS are 'obessed' or abnormally 'control-oriented' is quite obnoxious, IMHO. I also am shocked that anger and/or shock about removing the pylorus and having a BPD done (especially when this option wasn't even discussed as a possibility) is treated as a 'state of mind'. It's one of the main reasons people who choose BPD/DS do so. I hope you get through this, Deborah and I am shocked that such a thing happened, too! all the best laparoscopic BPD/DS with gallbladder removal January 25, 2001
