Since you already had a regression problem I would keep her in the band as long as it fits, or until age 2. Cranial Tech has banded babies up to 19 mo with good results (case study on their web page) so there is nothing magic about 15 mo. Growth is slower on average as babies get older but it doesn't stop and not all babies are average.
