I think you'll hear different answers to your question about whether to reduce your points. Some people go " by the book " and lower their points as soon as they're supposed to. I chose to take a " wait and see " approach. Since I was still losing at the higher points value, I stayed at that level until my losses began to slow down. My feeling is that I want as much food as I can allow myself and still lose the pounds! And...in actuality, staying at the higher points is no different than reducing your points allowance and using 2 flex points each day! (Did that make sense? LOL!)
