Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 I am up another 1/2 of a lb. Not good at all. I only have 1/2 of a lb and I will be at the top of my leeway. I have been good, I have exercised, drank my water and watched what I ate. I know it is probably muscle but that doesn't make it any better.
