help me find a doctor in Pakistan

Hi. my son is 5 mo.s and has plagio. He's had it since 3 mos. I've

tried extended tummy time and side sleeping, and special pillows, but

have seen very little effect. I know the window is closing, timewise.

My American-trained Dr. said there is no treatment (i.e. helmet) here

in Pakistan (Lahore)...I'm willing to go to Dubai/Middle East or

Malaysia/Singapore, but don't know who to see. Can anyone recommend a

specific doctor that has experience with plagio correction? Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know of any treatment in the countries you mention.

orthomerica.com says there are starscanners in Japan, Korea and

Taiwan. this is the scanner used to make a starband.

The only Cranial Tech/DOCband facility outside the US is in Spain (2

locations).

Does he have torticollis (shortened neck muscle on one side, causing a

preference to look in one direction & /or limited range of neck

motion). If so physical therapy may also help. However I know

repositioning is not always enough. I hope you find some treatment for

him. Please let us know if you do.
