,

Thanks for the information. I do have Karyn's book, I am going to start the

GFCF diet today. I am going to investigate and hopefully find a DAN doctor

closer. If I can't, I'll call Dr. Hift. I heard that Rice Dream, rice milk

can have a little gluten in it, is that true? If it is what could I give her

to substitute for milk?

Thanks,

Barb

Use Pacific enriched Rice fat free PLAIN for your child. IMHO There web

site is www.pacificfoods.com. phone number 503 692-9666. We get it at the

health food store or the supermarket..A&P, Grand Union...etc.

IT tastes pretty good. I highly recommend this. My son loves this.

Best Regards

Pacific is a milk substitute. I also use s Aloe water for my son. I

highly recommend that as well. About 1 to 2 ounces a day in the Pacific Rice

milk I described earlier.

The diet works in many ways.

My sons skin irriation is gone.

Barb-

Are you on the NJ list? This was a post from today with some names in

the South Jersey. Maybe they can be of some help to you.

Hi ,

Stick with the GFCF diet and run all the tests that

you can from their website.

http://www.gfcfdiet.com/

If you need help with it the GFCFKids (AT) onelist (DOT) com are

a wonderful family of support.

I use Maureen Mc in Hopewell. as

a nutritionist who works with Dr. Sidney Baker he also

has a web site if you need it holler.

And a Family doctor that supports all their work and

is even doing his own research for me but He is in

Stockton and might be a ride for you. Dr. Stuart

Freedenfeld (609)397-8585.
