Guest guest
, Thanks for the information. I do have Karyn's book, I am going to start the GFCF diet today. I am going to investigate and hopefully find a DAN doctor closer. If I can't, I'll call Dr. Hift. I heard that Rice Dream, rice milk can have a little gluten in it, is that true? If it is what could I give her to substitute for milk? Thanks, Barb
Guest guest
Use Pacific enriched Rice fat free PLAIN for your child. IMHO There web site is www.pacificfoods.com. phone number 503 692-9666. We get it at the health food store or the supermarket..A&P, Grand Union...etc. IT tastes pretty good. I highly recommend this. My son loves this. Guest guest
Pacific is a milk substitute. I also use s Aloe water for my son. I highly recommend that as well. About 1 to 2 ounces a day in the Pacific Rice milk I described earlier. The diet works in many ways. My sons skin irriation is gone.
