Guest guest
I've decided that, after loosing around 100 pounds and 19 months of doing workouts at Curves (a gym for women) I now need more. Curves has really helped me loose lots of weight both before and after my WLS surgery; that cannot be denied; but I need more than they can give me now. I'd like some opinions about which of these fitness centers seem to be better. I'm only considering 24 Hour Fitness and California Family Fitness centers because they are the closest to my home. I've visited both centers ONCE now, and they are both equally appealing. Although CFF costs more, they have internet access, and that's really appealing to me. However, when I tried it out this evening, I couldn't access Yahoo or very much else. I do like the schedule a little better at 24 hr, though. Both offer a few sessions with a personal trainer to help get me started on an appropriate routine to help me tone and strenthen some muscles (my cardiologist told me to strengthen my tummy muscles). Can anyone offer opinions about either club? Thanks, --Sandi H.
