Hello again everyone. I hope that you are all having a great New Year

Beginning. I'd like to say thanks to ALL of you. Since joining a

couple of months ago, I have learned so much from so many of you and

it's a true blessing to have so much support from people of all walks

of life.

Since being told that I was prediabetic, I've increased my exercise,

changed my diet, lost about 12 lbs and have a whole new outlook on my

life since recently discovering that I'm going to be a father; which

is something that I've yurned for years now.

I have no complaints about the way that my health is going, but I am

a little concerned. Since being put on Metformin(1000mg a day), I'm

noticing that my BG level is hovering around 75. Some of you may be

saying " What the heck is he complaining about? " Normally, my BG

level averages around 90 before and after consuming glucose and has

never been above 110. I'm just wondering if this is hovering a little

too close to the hypoglycemic level of 50. Now, I find myself feeling

really low in energy when it's time to eat, it's as if the hunger

feeling has gone to a new level. Normally, I would just have hunger

panges, now, I feel as though if I don't eat, I'll pass out. Is this

anything that I should be concerned about?

Thanks to you all, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the long post.

Phil
