OT Re: Coming home toNew Jersey - Carol

Carol, my son lives in Guildford, in Surrey. They usually get

an inch or 2 on snow in spring, that's all. He, his wife &

their 9-year-old son were just here for the holidays; the kid

had a marvelous time in the 10 in. of snow we had the week

before Christmas.

Airfare was very high this year--seems like you might get a

better bargain, since you're waiting until after all the holiday

travel. But of course my family are constrained by school

breaks & my son's vacation from his job. (Did you read about

the launch of the Giove-A satellite last week? That was built

by SSTL in Guildford; my son's a director of the company.)
